- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil

- 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Chopped pecans (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
