- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 large Egg
- 1/4 cup Rainbow sprinkles
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar (for optional frosting)

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in the rainbow sprinkles, leaving a small amount to sprinkle on top of the muffins before baking.
