Ingredients

  • 4 medium, peeled and diced Apples
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup, melted Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the peeled and diced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon powder, and 1/4 cup of maple syrup. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, rolled oats, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to form a crumbly texture.
  4. Transfer the apple mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the oat crumble mixture on top of the apples, ensuring it covers the apples completely.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the topping is golden and crispy.
