Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped unsalted almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon (optional) Stevia or monk fruit sweetener
  • A pinch Cinnamon powder

Instructions

    In a small bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract and sweetener (if using). Stir until well combined.
