- 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup, sliced Fresh strawberries (or any fruit of choice)
- 1/2 cup Fresh blueberries (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
