- 3 medium Ripe bananas
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round or square cake pan.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add the sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Whisk together until well combined.

In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and (optional) cinnamon.
