- 3 medium Ripe bananas
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
