Ingredients
- 1 box Brownie mix
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons, melted Butter

Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a mini muffin tin or line with mini muffin liners.

Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions by combining the mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a bowl. Stir until smooth.

Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake the brownie bites in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).

While the brownie bites are baking, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a small bowl until the crumbs are moistened.

Remove the brownie bites from the oven and immediately press a few mini marshmallows into the center of each brownie.

Sprinkle a little bit of the graham cracker crumb mixture on top of each brownie bite, followed by a few chocolate chips.

Place the muffin tin back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows have puffed and just started to melt.

Remove from the oven and allow the brownie bites to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
