Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Mini candy-coated chocolate eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 12 Mini cupcake liners

Instructions

    Line a muffin tin with 12 mini cupcake liners and set aside.

    In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter.

    Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

    Add the chow mein noodles to the chocolate mixture and gently toss until all the noodles are evenly coated.
