- 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 2 large Eggs

- 1/3 cup Stevia or monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips (sugar-free or low-sugar)
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil (melted)
