Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Stevia or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips (sugar-free or low-sugar)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil (melted)

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

    In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

    In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, applesauce, vanilla extract, stevia (or monk fruit sweetener), and melted coconut oil.

    Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined and no lumps remain.
