- 4 large Eggs
- 200g Self-raising flour

- 100g Cheddar cheese (grated)
- 100g Lettuce (shredded)
- 300ml Whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Icing sugar
- 3 tbsp Strawberry jam

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease and line two 8-inch round cake tins.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
