- 3 (mashed) Ripe bananas
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (melted) Unsalted butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
