- 400g Farmer's cheese
- 2 large Eggs
- 100g All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- A pinch Salt
- As needed Vegetable oil or butter (for frying)
- Optional Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- To taste Sour cream, jam, or honey (for serving)
