Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1-2 tbsp Milk (for glaze)

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8-inch round or square baking dish.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    Add the milk, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms.

    On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

    Brush the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter over the surface of the dough.
