Ingredients
- 500g Pumpkin
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 stick Cinnamon stick
- 4 Cloves
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Peel and remove the seeds from the pumpkin. Cut it into small cubes (about 1 inch in size).

In a large pot, combine the pumpkin cubes, sugar, water, cinnamon stick, and cloves.

Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the pumpkin becomes soft and the liquid begins to thicken (about 30 minutes).

Once the pumpkin is tender, remove the cinnamon stick and cloves from the mixture.
